Join to apply for the Bid Writer role at He-Tin-Kis Lodge . We are seeking an experienced BID Writer for a permanent position with a leading engineering client based in Nottingham. The BID Writer will be responsible for all aspects of bid writing, including: Assisting the Pre-Construction Manager in developing bid structures. Leading and facilitating face-to-face storyboard sessions and workshops. Identifying and reworking existing pre-written content where relevant. Writing and editing responses for bids, client presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinating all aspects of bid writing processes. Researching procurement opportunities. Gathering information from relevant sources. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Supporting all aspects of the bid process. Key Skills include: Strong time management and prioritization skills. Self-motivation and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills. Strong written English and vocabulary. Attention to detail. Team player mindset. Driver\’s license (for potential UK travel). Qualifications: Degree educated (preferably in English) or equivalent. Professional writing experience. Certification in APMP Foundation or Practitioner Level. The salary range is £45,000 to £50,000, dependent on experience. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, office-based with one WFH day.
