An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy. Based from our Derby office, the role involves covering projects within a 100-mile radius, with bi-monthly travel further afield when required.
You will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys, annual re-inspections of known ACMs, delivering asbestos awareness briefings, and preparing and reviewing asbestos survey reports. The role will require regular site visits and occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
- P402 Certification (or equivalent) is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience as a lead surveyor
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to meet the changing needs of clients
- Comfortable working across a variety of environments, including construction sites, offices, and care settings
- Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home on a regular basis
