We are looking for reliable and professional drivers to support our day to day operations. This role involves delivering and collecting electric vehicles, preparing vehicles for hire and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service. This is a zero hours position best suited to someone looking for occasional work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Delivery and collection of electric cars – local or nationwide
- Conduct vehicle inspections pre and post hire
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged and ready for hire
- Provide customers with “know how” vehicle knowledge as appropriate
- Completion of handover or collection paperwork accurately and thoroughly
- Take detailed photographs of vehicles during handovers
- Provide excellent customer service during handovers and collections
- Report any vehicle damage, faults or incidents promptly
- Follow company procedures and all road safety regulations
Skills / Qualifications
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential with a minimum of 5 years experience and no more than 3 penalty points
- Trailer licence (essential)
- Must be comfortable driving a range of large left hand drive vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible
