Responsible For
Manage multiple projects to maximise commercial returns
Lead commercial planning, tender reviews, and cost control procedures
Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Provide accurate cost reporting and contractual advice

Specific Skills
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (SCSI / RICS recognised)
- 6+ years’ experience, ideally on large data centre or M&E projects

- Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
