Job Opportunity: Senior Mechanical Estimator (Central London) Salary: Up to £90k + Attractive Benefits Package Location: Central London We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a reputable growing M&E Contractor in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take a lead role in estimating for a variety of high-profile mechanical and building services projects includind Life Science, Data Centres, University\’s and iconic commercial infrastructure schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the preparation of accurate and detailed mechanical estimates for large-scale, complex projects. * Manage and review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to deliver competitive and winning bids. * Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project cost management. * Provide strategic advice and recommendations on value engineering, cost-saving opportunities, and project budgets. * Mentor and support junior estimators, sharing your expertise to build a high-performing team. Skills & Experience: * Extensive experience as a Mechanical Estimator, with a proven track record in senior or lead roles within the building services or construction industry. * In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Exceptional understanding of cost management, value engineering, and project budgeting. * Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines with accuracy.
