Preconstruction Manager – MEP | Birmingham | £70k – £80k + Package HDS is partnering with a leading UK contractor to recruit a skilled Preconstruction Manager for multiple exciting projects based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the MEP elements across several projects, from PCSA and Stage 3 design through to site execution. About the Role: As the Preconstruction Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the MEP preconstruction phase across multiple projects. Your role will involve overseeing the MEP design process from Stage 3 through to site delivery, ensuring all technical and contractual requirements are met. You’ll play a key role in leading the coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the projects run smoothly and to budget.
