MEP Quantity Surveyor Tier 1 Main Contractor (Major Shell & Core Division) Salary: Circa £95k – £105k plus benefits Central London We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with either an electrical or mechanical bias to oversee major shell & core projects on behalf of a leading UK MEP company in their major projects division. Projects valued up to £100m MEP. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage mechanical & Electricalelements on a high-profile commercial project. * Ensure accurate cost management, valuation, and forecasting for all assigned MEP packages. * Collaborate effectively with the Commercial Manager and project team to align project goals. * Provide detailed financial reporting and support for project cost control.
