HDR is an employeeâowned company that values inclusion, authenticity, and collaboration. As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in communicating HDR's mission and accomplishments across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing & Communications team and other designers to ensure cohesive visual communication.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining highâquality standards.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and communications plans that drive engagement and elevate brand awareness across multiple channels.
- Assist in implementing global marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and technical partners.
- Create engaging user experiences using InDesign and produce interactive documents for digital interfaces.
- Maintain internal systems, including SharePoint and the Visual Asset Library, to keep content upâtoâdate.
- Utilize marketing automation systems to deliver invitations, newsletters, and other announcements professionally.
- Partner with engineers, architects, designers, and subjectâmatter experts to develop marketing content such as presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Create marketing collateral and campaign materialsâincluding brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional contentâwhile supporting event marketing and related communications activities.
- Perform additional marketing and communications duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Technical proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts clearly and collaborating within a team.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Timeâmanagement skills to prioritize tasks and meet multiple project deadlines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience (5 years preferred).
- Organizational skills and a serviceâoriented personality capable of handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Selfâstarter mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience using social networking/social media programs.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other dataâprotection acts in a global context.
- Commitment to being an active participant in HDR's employeeâowned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, creative studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment and/or creative/marketing agency experience.
