We are seeking a Civil Engineer who has a passion for building resilient, sustainable infrastructure, with enthusiasm to work on exciting projects that make a real difference in communities. As a Civil Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure and development projects. You'll be involved in every stage—from concept and design to construction support—delivering creative and practical solutions.
We are looking for someone who is personable, a self-starter with the ability to project a positive 'can do' professional attitude at all times maintaining good working relationships. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines being able to establish excellent working rapport within the team, business and with clients, with the ability to work under pressure, handle a varied workload and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest level of technical excellence.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and technical reports.
- Undertake site assessments, feasibility studies, and planning support.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage) to produce high-quality drawings and models.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
- Support project managers and senior engineers to deliver on time and on budget.
- Bachelor's degree: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Be a member of ICE or IStructE and working towards professional membership.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
