As an internal sales consultant, you will be a key member of the branch sales team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will provide expert support to clients, ensuring their enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication
  • Qualify leads and route them to the relevant business development managers
  • Process and manage sales orders and quotations

  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate product solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in an internal sales or similar customer‑facing role, preferably within a wholesale environment
