Salesforce CPQ Specialist – London (On-Site 4 Days/Week)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and expansion of Salesforce CPQ capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Extend CPQ functionality into Revenue Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Service Clouds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ challenges, including product rules, pricing models, and quoting workflows.
- Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to empower end-users and administrators.
About You:
- Strong Salesforce CPQ experience, including bundles, pricing strategies, quote templates, and contract management.
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from start to finish.
- Analytical thinker, able to solve complex problems and optimise processes.
- Apex or declarative tool experience (Flow Builder) is a bonus, not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales processes, quoting workflows, and pricing structures.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring Salesforce CPQ.
- Active Salesforce certifications preferred (CPQ Specialist certification a plus).
