About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a hyper growth software consultancy in with offices in Norwich. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a background in B2B or B2C sales. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound outreach.
  • Consultative Selling – Understanding client needs and demonstrating how our software solutions can help their business.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintaining an organised sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates.
  • Collaboration – Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.
  • Achieving & Exceeding Targets – Meeting ambitious sales goals and earning uncapped commission.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural communicator with strong written and spoken English.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
