HD-Tech is pleased to partner with a leading client to recruit a technically minded individual to join their busy Technical Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to support the business through project administration, technical documentation, and quality control within a fast-paced environment.
Role: Recruitment Consultant – Henderson Drake
Position: Technical Administration Support – 12-Month FTC
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the department as required.
- Work collaboratively within a busy, integral team.
- Liaise with clients, area technical managers, and site technicians.
- Handle internal and external telephone enquiries.
- Manage live projects, including checking material orders, project documentation, and issuing notifications.
- Produce and process technical specifications.
- Review and process inspection reports, guarantees, and other project documentation.
- Assist team members as needed and be flexible to support additional hours when required.
- Maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet business demands.
- Support other areas of the department or business as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.
- Utilise purpose-built databases, Word, and Excel efficiently.
