We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to join a growing digital team and play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical applications, reporting solutions, and data platforms. This position is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise who can translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping shape the future direction of internal digital tools, reporting capability, and data architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions, including Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps
- Take ownership of solutions through the full lifecycle, from design and build through to deployment, support, and continuous improvement
- Support data modelling, preparation, and management for reporting solutions, including platforms such as Power BI
- Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles
- Support and enhance internal digital reporting platforms
- Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Manage and prioritise development and reporting backlogs
- Ensure solution accuracy, performance, usability, and documentation quality
- Support application lifecycle management (ALM), including solution versioning, release management, and environment promotion
- Contribute to Power Platform governance, standards, and best practices
- Support integrations with internal and external data sources, including Dataverse and SQL-based systems
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and support wider digital initiatives where needed.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft ecosystem and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong commercial experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and data-driven solutions
- Experience supporting reporting platforms and data models, including Power BI
- Working knowledge of C#, HTML5, and CSS to support troubleshooting and integrations
- Experience with SQL-based systems and broader platform integrations
- Understanding of Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and turn business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively and recommend improved approaches
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with change implementation and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in enterprise data and reporting
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or data-related disciplines.
