Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across housing, care and education sectors
- Act as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator on residential-led schemes
- Provide professional services including dilapidations and schedules of condition
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery
- Support and mentor junior surveyors and apprentices
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Experience delivering Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent projects
- Strong technical capability with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach with commitment to professional development
Package
- £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
