Join a respected TDD, delivering a wide range of commercial surveying services across the UK and EMEA. You’ll work with investor and occupier clients on projects ranging from single assets to large portfolio deals. You will work across commercial and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on technical due diligence, dilapidations, and refurbishment schemes.
What you’ll need:
- MRICS qualified with minimum 3 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in technical due diligence and professional work
- Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to lead instructions and manage teams effectively
What you’ll do:
- Deliver technical due diligence and professional building surveying advice
- Manage client relationships and project teams
- Prepare schedules of dilapidations and PPMs
- Undertake defect analysis and lead contract administration roles
