The Role
- Primary focus is the delivery of project monitoring instructions on behalf of banks, funders, and lending institutions across development projects.
- Deliver monitoring surveyor services throughout the project lifecycle
- Undertake site inspections and progress reviews
- Produce lender monitoring reports and drawdown recommendations
- Review project cashflow forecasts and management accounts
- Assess anticipated final project costs and development viability
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements and loan conditions
- Review sales performance data and development reporting
- Identify construction, programme, and commercial risks
- Provide risk mitigation recommendations to lending clients
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting outputs

- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified

- Experience reviewing project cashflows and development appraisals
- Ability to assess commercial and construction risk independently
