Responsibilities
- Deliver technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying advice
- Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations
- Produce Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and undertake defect analysis
- Lead contract administration on refurbishment schemes
- Manage client relationships and coordinate internal and external teams
Requirements
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Minimum 3 years\β post-qualification experience
- Strong background in technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying
- Commercial awareness with confident client-facing capability
