  • Answer calls & assist with office coordination
  • Set up new projects & update financial info
  • Invoice processing & debt chasing
  • Assist with tenders & bid submissions
  • Organise corporate & social events
  • Oversee office facilities & supplies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised, proactive & confident communicator
