This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working, structured graduate development and exposure to professional and project-based building surveying services within an independent consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with professional and project-based building surveying commissions
  • Prepare reports, surveys and technical documentation
  • Support project delivery to agreed programmes and budgets
  • Work alongside senior surveyors on client-facing instructions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary property and construction teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (First Class or 2:1)
  • Interest in achieving professional chartership
  • Understanding of building surveying principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Placement or internship experience advantageous

Salary & Package

  • £28,977–£34,977 including £2,977 car allowance
