This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working, structured graduate development and exposure to professional and project-based building surveying services within an independent consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Assist with professional and project-based building surveying commissions
- Prepare reports, surveys and technical documentation
- Support project delivery to agreed programmes and budgets
- Work alongside senior surveyors on client-facing instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary property and construction teams
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (First Class or 2:1)
- Interest in achieving professional chartership
- Understanding of building surveying principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Placement or internship experience advantageous

- £28,977–£34,977 including £2,977 car allowance
