This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working pattern. The role sits within a multidisciplinary building consultancy and involves full ownership of small to medium-sized projects, with direct client-facing responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion across all relevant RIBA stages
- Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality control
- Act as primary client interface and provide clear reporting on risk, cost and programme
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and third-party stakeholders
- Ensure statutory compliance and appropriate contract administration
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ Project Management experience within the built environment
- Proven track record delivering projects with full responsibility for outcomes
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and contract administration
- Confident client-facing communicator with commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple instructions concurrently
Package
- £48,000 - £60,000 basic salary
