THE ROLE
- Lead and grow the dilapidations service line across London commercial portfolios
- Take ownership of instruction delivery from inception through to settlement
- Negotiate complex dilapidations claims on behalf of landlord and tenant clients
- Drive fee income, pipeline development and service profitability
- Prepare and oversee fee proposals and commercial reporting
- Maintain and expand key client relationships to increase repeat instructions
- Generate new business through professional network and direct client engagement
- Recruit, structure and develop a specialist dilapidations team
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across all instructions
- Report into senior leadership on performance, growth and risk exposure
