Your Role

  • Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA’s, dilapidations, RCA’s, contract administration etc.) within key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
  • Manage and grow an established client base
  • Mentor junior surveyors & support their APC
  • Work closely with Directors in driving client and service growth

What You'll Need

  • MRICS qualified
  • Experience in dilapidations & commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail, etc.)
  • Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
  • Strong leadership, client management & negotiation skills
