This is a Permanent, Full-time consultancy position delivering cost consultancy services across education, residential and commercial projects while managing client relationships and project financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quantity surveying services from project inception to completion
  • Prepare cost plans, budgets, financial reports and final accounts
  • Manage procurement, tender documentation and contract administration
  • Provide commercial advice to clients and project teams
  • Support business development and regional service delivery

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Two to four years' post-qualification experience
  • Consultancy-based quantity surveying experience
  • Experience across education, residential and commercial projects preferred

Salary & Package

  • £60,000–£70,000 salary
  • Annual profit share after 12 months
