Responsibilities
- Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients
- Deliver technical due diligence reporting for acquisitions, disposals and refinancing
- Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through full lifecycle delivery
- Act as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent
- Mentor Graduate Building Surveyors and support APC progression
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualification
- Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience
- Commercial surveying background including dilapidations and technical due diligence
- Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
