- Maintain client relationships across multiple instructions
- MRICS Chartered
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Strong experience in dilapidations, party wall and PPM
- Experience acting as employer’s agent and principal designer
- Ability to manage a varied workload across London and the South East
- £45,000 – £65,000 salary
- Twice yearly bonus plus new business bonus
