Opportunity for a commercially focused Building Surveyor to join our client’s Building Consultancy team in Liverpool. You’ll work with investor and occupier clients across the UK and EMEA, delivering a full range of professional building surveying services from technical due diligence to contract administration and dilapidations.
You will work across a variety of commercial assets and portfolios, providing professional and project-led advice to major clients.
What you’ll need:- MRICS qualified (Building Surveying pathway preferred)
- 1–2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong technical, communication and client management skills
- Able to lead projects independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Confident in managing and developing client relationships
- Lead and deliver instructions in contract administration and dilapidations
- Prepare building surveys, PPM schedules and defect analyses
- Undertake technical due diligence for investment and occupier clients
- Support business development and contribute to team growth
- £40,000 – £55,000
