Your Role

Work with prestigious commercial clients across diverse projects, including:

Dilapidations, PPMs, and reinstatement cost assessments
Technical due diligence and schedules of condition
Advising on building/property issues (technical, legal, financial, etc.)
Project services: feasibility studies, cost consultancy, project management

What you need

MRICS Chartered & qualified in Building Surveying
Strong communication and client liaison skills
A drive to progress and make an impact
