Your Role

1. Technical due diligence surveys.
2. Design and contract administration of building works and repairs.
3. Planned maintenance programmes.
4. Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant).
5. Party Walls and Rights to Light.
6. Project Monitoring.
7. Building Reinstatement (Fire Insurance) Valuation.

What You’ll Need

1. MRICS or working towards APC
2. RICS-accredited degree
