Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial building surveying instructions across the Midlands
  • Manage dilapidations, technical due diligence, and contract administration services
  • Oversee refurbishment and fit-out projects through delivery stages
  • Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes
  • Support business development, fee growth, and multidisciplinary project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • MRICS qualified
  • Commercial consultancy background
  • Strong experience across professional and project services
  • Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with client-facing experience

Salary & Package

  • £70,000–£80,000 basic salary
  • Annual bonus up to 18%
