This is a Permanent, Full-time leadership role with hybrid working, overseeing lender monitoring commissions, development risk management and client relationships across development funding projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead independent monitoring commissions from appointment through completion
- Advise lenders and project stakeholders on development risk
- Oversee monitoring reports, drawdown recommendations and project performance
- Lead and mentor surveying professionals within the monitoring team
- Support business development and regional service growth
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant monitoring surveying or development monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of development finance and project risk
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
