Responsibilities
- Deliver senior-level commercial building surveying services across commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors
- Lead and undertake Technical Due Diligence instructions
- Carry out and oversee project monitoring commissions
- Act as a primary client contact, providing professional advice
- Contribute to projects with values up to £150m and support long-term client development
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Strong commercial building surveying background
- Proven experience delivering TDD and/or project monitoring instructions
- Confident client-facing professional with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
Salary & Package
- £60,000 - £70,000 base salary
