An Associate Director Building Surveyor is required for a London-based consultancy delivering Building Surveying, project and professional services across commercial property assets. The role offers a salary of £80,000–£95,000+ plus an annual bonus of up to 18%, on a Permanent, Full-time basis with highly flexible working arrangements and substantial autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Lead major Building Surveying commissions across commercial property portfolios
- Direct technical due diligence, dilapidations and professional consultancy instructions
- Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent
- Develop senior client relationships and secure new consultancy instructions
- Lead team performance, technical standards and service growth initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualification
- Significant post-qualification consultancy experience
- Experience leading surveying teams and managing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with commercial property expertise
Salary & Package
- £80,000–£95,000+ basic salary
