What you\’ll need
MRICS qualified with minimum 3 years\’ PQE
Strong experience in technical due diligence and professional work
Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to lead instructions and manage teams effectively
What you\’ll do
Deliver technical due diligence and professional building surveying advice
Manage client relationships and project teams
Prepare schedules of dilapidations and PPMs
Undertake defect analysis and lead contract administration roles
