A Senior Building Surveyor opportunity based in London within a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 and is a Permanent, Full-time appointment delivering commercial surveying and project-led instructions. The Senior Building Surveyor will support refurbishment, retrofit and building safety remediation projects across commercial property assets.
- Lead building surveys, condition surveys and technical due diligence instructions
- Oversee refurbishment and retrofit projects and administer construction contracts
- Deliver asset management and planned preventative maintenance advice
- Manage EWS remediation and external wall system surveys
- Maintain client relationships and mentor junior team members
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
- Minimum five years’ industry experience
- Experience across commercial property surveying instructions
- Ability to administer construction contracts and manage project delivery
