£50,977–£60,836 including car allowance + performance-related annual bonus
This is a Permanent Full-time position with hybrid working, combining major instruction delivery, client management, financial oversight and business development within a property and construction consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Lead major projects across cost, programme and quality requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage key client accounts and maintain direct client relationships
- Maintain budget oversight, financial management and cost control
- Contribute to proposals and business development plans
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant built environment discipline
- RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent professional membership preferred
- Client relationship and business development experience
