Responsibilities
- Lead professional and project-based building surveying instructions
- Develop strategic client relationships and secure new commissions
- Manage team performance, mentoring and professional development
- Support regional growth and business performance objectives
- Represent the consultancy at senior client meetings and engagements
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related built environment discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Senior-level consultancy building surveying experience
- Proven business development and client acquisition track record
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
Salary & Package
- £65,000 - £85,000 basic salary
- £5,438 annual car allowance
