This Permanent, Full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement together with a £45,000–£65,000 basic salary, car allowance, multiple bonus schemes and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical due diligence instructions across commercial property assets
- Administer refurbishment and repair contracts from inception through completion
- Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions
- Manage planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and project monitoring
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical input while managing client commissions
Requirements
- MRICS qualification in Building Surveying
- Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience
- Commercial technical due diligence and contract administration experience
- Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
- Experience delivering client instructions within a property consultancy
