This is a rare client-side leadership role where you will work across complex estate operations and major programmes, with a focus on safety, compliance, refurbishment and riverside infrastructure.

The Role
You’ll be the senior client-side lead across projects, advisers and managing agents - bringing structure, financial oversight and delivery focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead external PM consultants on a major safety & refurbishment programme
- Oversee compliance, contracts, SLAs and value for money
- Support delivery of jetty repairs and waterfront infrastructure works
- Strengthen maintenance, contractor performance & QA processes
- Improve budgeting, reserves planning and financial transparency
- Help modernise systems, governance and operational processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Senior property / construction leadership (client-side, consultancy or managing agent)
- Background in Building Surveying, QS, PM or similar
- Strong commercial awareness - confident challenging costs
- Credible stakeholder management skills
- Broad technical understanding across projects, maintenance & compliance
- Professional membership helpful (MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM)
