Director Building Surveyor in London offering a £61,500 base salary with OTE up to £180,000 pa. This is a Permanent, Full-time position combining senior commercial building surveying with client development, revenue generation and direct responsibility for accounts and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Generate building surveying fee income through established clients, contacts and targeted account development.
- Lead strategic client relationships and develop recurring programmes and portfolio commissions.
- Direct major commercial projects while overseeing programme, technical quality and financial performance.
- Own WIP, billing, fee recovery and profitability across managed instructions.
- Identify opportunities across project management, cost, ESG, fire and related property services.
Requirements
- MRICS chartered status.
- Substantial senior commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
- Established client network capable of generating recurring professional fee income.
- Proven experience winning instructions and developing client accounts.
- Commercial responsibility for revenue, WIP, billing and profitability.
Salary & Package
- £61,500 base salary with OTE up to £180,000 pa.
- 40% bonus potential on qualifying fee income above cost.
- Unlimited annual leave and two-week Christmas shutdown.
