This Permanent, Full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement together with a £45,000–£65,000 basic salary, car allowance, multiple bonus schemes and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical due diligence instructions across commercial property assets
  • Administer refurbishment and repair contracts from inception through completion
  • Advise on dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters and Party Wall instructions
  • Manage planned maintenance programmes, reinstatement cost assessments and project monitoring
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical input while managing client commissions

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification in Building Surveying
  • Newly Chartered or post-qualification Building Surveying experience
  • Commercial technical due diligence and contract administration experience
  • Knowledge of dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
  • Experience delivering client instructions within a property consultancy
