💼 Your Role

• Conduct Building Surveys, Contract Administration & Defect Inspections
• Work on Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters & Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Prepare Maintenance Plans, Design & Specification reports

📜 What You’ll Need

• ✔️ Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
• ✔️ Strong report writing & stakeholder communication skills
• ✔️ MRICS (desirable, not essential)
