Your Role
- Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTAs, dilapidations, RCAs, contract administration etc.) within key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
- Manage and grow an established client base
- Mentor junior surveyors & support their APC
- Work closely with Directors in driving client and service growth
What You'll Need
- MRICS qualified
- Experience in dilapidations & commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail, etc.)
- Experience working with Landlords and/or Tenants
- Strong leadership, client management & negotiation skills
