Maintain complete day-to-day accounts.

Handle cash & petty cash management with daily reconciliation.

Willing to work at factory.

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

Monitor factory expenses, utilities, and overhead cost control.

Maintain ledger, cash book, bank book, and journal entries.

Verify supplier bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.

Maintain proper records of import documents (Invoice, BL, Packing List, Insurance, etc.).

Coordinate with procurement and stores for LC-linked purchases and inventory entries.

Assist in payroll-related accounting entries for factory manpower.

Support internal audit, management review, and cost analysis.

Ensure proper documentation and internal financial control.
