We are seeking an experienced
Global Education Manager with extensive hands-on knowledge and expertise in lash and brow beauty treatments to lead the development and delivery of a market-leading education strategy, content, and learning experience for direct-to-market businesses and international partners.
You would work across industry leading professional brands, HD Brows, Nouveau Lashes and more.
This role will continuously evolve our training offerings, platforms, and learner journeys to ensure they remain personality-led, industry-leading, and commercially impactful within an increasingly competitive market.
The Global Education Manager will partner cross-functionally to drive innovation, embed best practices, and create a consistent global education experience that supports business growth.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of professional lash and brow services, treatments, techniques, trends, and industry standards, enabling them to create credible, best-in-class educational content and training programmes for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead curriculum management, including the development, delivery and continuous evolution of training content, e-learning, collateral and educational materials.
- Deliver a 12-month rolling training content calendar aligned with brand, trading and commercial priorities.
- Champion a personality-led approach to education, creating authentic, educator-driven content that strengthens brand connection.
- Research emerging training methodologies, techniques and industry competition and translate insights into improvements.
- Develop market-specific education strategies within a consistent global framework.
- Partner with the LMS Designer, E-Learning Designer and Brand teams to create engaging, on-brand digital learning experiences.
- Ensure new product launches are effectively integrated into curriculum and training materials.
- Gather, analyse and report on learner feedback and global partner training performance.
- Lead the creation and delivery of Global Train-the-Trainer programmes to drive quality and consistency across markets.
- Ensure training courses and treatments meet applicable insurance, qualification, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee trainer utilisation, training location viability, cost efficiency and ROI of new training initiatives.
- Product Testing Support
- Provide treatment-led training insight throughout product testing and development.
- Partner with Product Management to support product profiles and provide clear treatment-led directions for use.
- Contribute training and treatment expertise to NPD/EPD launches and brand positioning.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage the Training team, setting clear roles, expectations, priorities and deadlines.
- Recruit, induct and onboard training team members and ensure appropriate job descriptions and KPIs are documented.
- Manage team performance and development through regular reflection meetings, communication and coaching.
