You’ll be an experienced people manager with a strong commercial and operational focus with a proven track record of producing high-performing, customer-focussed teams. As well as having a proactive and positive approach to your role, you will use your initiative to drive opportunities forward. Digitally confident, you’ll be happy to work across multiple systems to get the job done.
