While the hours are often unsociable (evenings and weekends), the atmosphere is unmatched. From the rush of the interval bar to the buzz of the Box Office, you’ll ensure every guest has a safe, seamless, and world-class experience.
Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and be the first point of contact in the customer journey.
- Work in a fast-paced bar environment, handling high-volume orders and transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Be a problem-solver and exceptional communicator to help customers get the most out of their experience.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance standards to ensure a safe environment for customers at the venue.
- You’re a supportive team player, willing to jump in and help on busy show days.
- Confident working in a fast-paced bar environment and managing transactions.
