Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 5) to join the Stort Valley and Villages Integrated Community Team in Bishops Stortford. The role covers 37.5 hours per week across a 7-day service, with shifts 08:00–22:00, and both full-time and part-time options.
You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate evidence-based nursing care in the community with strong team support. A full UK driving licence and access to a car for business are essential.
