At HCRG, we know that successful change is built on trust, and that’s why we’re looking for a People Change Manager to join our team in Runcorn. You’ll be the go-to expert helping our operational leaders navigate everything from new contract wins and mobilisations to exits and bids. It’s a role that keeps you moving, with the expectation to travel to different sites to support our teams where they need it most. You’ll spend your days coaching leaders, helping them understand the "people impact" of their decisions and identifying risks before they become hurdles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading TUPE from start to finish, managing everything from due diligence to ensuring compliance with legislation during service changes.
- Designing clear, empathetic communication plans and attending consultation sessions to ensure every colleague feels heard and supported during transitions.
- Handling sensitive colleague information securely, ensuring everything is validated for a smooth move into our HR systems.
- Identifying workforce risks early and offering smart solutions, ensuring all change activities follow employment law and our commitment to equality and diversity.
- Working closely with our Organisational Design and People teams to build great workforce structures and lead reviews to keep us improving.
- Being a visible lead, heading out to various sites to lead presentations and facilitate group discussions.
