The Chippenham Neighbourhood Team is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team providing care to people in their own homes and local community. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals’ independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with a range of healthcare tasks under the guidance of registered professionals.
We welcome applications from both experienced Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers and those who are new to community healthcare and keen to develop their skills through training and supervision. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
